Brad Matuska is currently the Business Development Director of Biomass Feedstocks at Agricultural Utilization Research Institute. Brad previously worked as an Adjunct Professor at College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, and as the Co-Owner and Co-founder of Mississippi Topsoils, Inc. Brad also has experience as a General Manager at NaturTech Composting Systems and as an Instructor at Southwest China Normal University. Matuska holds a Masters of Business Administration from The College of St. Scholastica and a BA in Biology from St. John's University.

The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) is a nonprofit; developed to produce new uses for agricultural products through science and technology, partnering with businesses and entrepreneurs. The goal of AURI is to bring agricultural ideas to reality.
