Jimmy Gosse is a Senior Scientist at the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute, with a background in microbiology. Jimmy also serves as the CEO and CTO at Sanos Nutrition, a venture focused on sustainable production of high-quality protein feed ingredients. Previously, Jimmy held the position of Director of R&D at BioCee Inc. and has experience as a Research Associate at North Carolina State University. Jimmy has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biophysics from the University of Minnesota.
