Vishal Gupta is a seasoned professional in user research with significant experience in leading research teams and driving strategic insights across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Razorpay since May 2022, Vishal focuses on online and offline payment business units. Previously, at OkCredit, Vishal established and led a user research team, contributing to the strategic roadmap and overseeing complex research across multiple teams. With a background in market research and consulting from companies like ResearchFox Consulting and Kantar Millward Brown, Vishal has developed expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, client relationship management, and training teams in best research practices. Vishal holds an MBA in Marketing from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
