Matthew Leiphon

Matthew Leiphon is a Project Manager at Agricultural Utilization Research Institute since August 2019. Previously, Matthew served as Field Representative at the Office of U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp from January 2017 to January 2019. Prior to that, Matthew was a Research and Development Analyst at Praxis Strategy Group from May 2008 to September 2016. Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of North Dakota, earned in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and History from the same university, completed in 2004.
