The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) is a nonprofit; developed to produce new uses for agricultural products through science and technology, partnering with businesses and entrepreneurs. The goal of AURI is to bring agricultural ideas to reality. We generate economic impact in Minnesota communities by helping businesses grow their markets through AURI innovative opportunities in four focus areas: biobased products, renewable energy, coproducts and food.
