Victor Waikwa has a diverse work experience beginning in 2014. Victor first volunteered at the Kenya National Library Service and the Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital in 2014. In 2015, they volunteered at the Ministry of Information and the Kenyatta International Convention Centre. In 2019, they founded and served as the elected chairperson of the Jomo Kenyatta University Project Management Students' Association. In 2020, Victor joined Agricycle Global as a Partnerships Officer before being promoted to the role of Project Coordinator in January 2021.
Victor Waikwa completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Project Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Victor pursued this program from 2017 to 2022.

The company transforms food waste and agricultural byproducts across the world into all-natural and organic CPG brands.Agricycle buys the products created using their technology and makes on-trend brands focused on storytelling, naturalfoods, sustainability, and transparency. Each brand uses the byproducts of others, and local products and industries are created with what cannot be exported. This maximizes margins because each brand uses the same supply chain and very similar production process.
