Katy Chandler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and administration at DuraServ since 2002, where roles have included Vice President of Talent Management, Vice President of Learning and Development, and Vice President of Administration. Katy has successfully overseen various initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent, developing leadership programs, and improving operational efficiencies. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Katy actively contributes to the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as a member of the Forum Advisory Group and Program Advisory Committee, focusing on enhancing talent management strategies. Educational credentials include an MBA in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Ouachita Baptist University.
