Chloé Jovanovic has a diverse range of work experience. Chloé began their career as an Assistant Video Editor at Groupe Elephant in April 2016. After that, they worked as a Floor Supervisor at Big Fernand from September 2016 to April 2017. Following this, Chloé worked as a Freelance Video Editor from November 2016 to December 2017.

In April 2017, Chloé joined Maisons du Monde as a Customer Service/Sales Agent, where they focused on increasing online sales and addressing technical issues across multiple countries. Chloé stayed with the company until September 2018.

Chloé then transitioned into the restaurant industry, where they worked at Summer Salt Restaurant. Chloé initially worked as a Section Waitress from January 2021 to June 2021 and later became a Manager, overseeing operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Chloé used various tools, such as SevenRooms for reservations and Deputy for managing payrolls.

In October 2021, Chloé joined FitFun Technology as a UX/UI Designer, where they were involved in designing a fitness and sports-oriented mobile app. Chloé conducted user research, developed archetypes and personas, and created user flows and wireframes.

In November 2021, Chloé briefly worked at Westpac as a UX/UI Designer. Chloé collaborated with a team to enhance the Autopay experience for customers. Their responsibilities included conducting research, creating user flows and wireframes, and performing user testing.

From December 2021 to June 2022, Chloé worked as a UX Designer at RbeanLMS, an EdTech startup focused on providing a student-centered learning management system. Chloé collaborated with the co-founders to improve the usability and engagement of learners by introducing new features and enhancements.

Starting in September 2022, Chloé joined AgriDigital as a Product Designer.

During the same time frame, Chloé participated in the Startmate Women Fellowship program. This two-month program empowered ambitious women to explore and build careers in the startup ecosystem. Through this program, Chloé gained valuable insights and developed skills to grow both personally and professionally.

Chloé Jovanovic's education history is as follows:

Chloé enrolled in Academy Xi in 2021 for the UX/UI Transform program, completing it in the same year. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued an Audiovisual diploma specializing in video editing and post-production at EMC. In 2012, Chloé attended Université Paris-Sorbonne, where they studied Foreign Languages Applied to Business, focusing on English, Russian, and Arabic.

In addition to their formal educational background, Chloé has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed the Figma & UI Design Masterclass offered by The Designership. Earlier in March 2022, Chloé also acquired a certification in Gamification - How to Create Engaging User Experiences from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). In September 2020, they completed a Principles of Design for Animation (Design Bootcamp) certification offered by the School of Motion. Prior to that, in June 2020, Chloé obtained a Principles of Animation (Animation Bootcamp) certification, also from the School of Motion.
