Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing at Agrifoods International Cooperative Ltd, Mayuri oversees all aspects of planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and customer service for food products, while ensuring quality and sustainability standards. Previous roles include National Logistics and Warehouse Manager, Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager, and Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist at reputable organizations like Lactalis Canada and Cérélia North America, where Mayuri developed and implemented sourcing strategies and managed procurement processes. Mayuri holds multiple credentials in Supply Chain Management and has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel University, complemented by further education in SAP and logistics.
