Sheryl Elliott

Sheryl Elliott has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a particular focus on employee relations and compliance. Sheryl began their career as a Lash & Skin Care Specialist before moving into HR with Ramp Holdings, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for sales operations and CRM management. Sheryl then spent two years at New England Carpenters Benefit Funds as the Human Resources Manager. In January 2014, they joined Mondo as the Human Resources Manager. Sheryl remained in this role for just over a year before moving to Crown Holdings, Inc. as the Human Resources/Industrial Relations Manager. Sheryl spent three years in this role before joining Agrify as the VP of Human Resources in March 2018. At Agrify, Sheryl is responsible for the full cycle of HR functions, including recruiting, payroll, time and attendance management, employee relations, and compliance for salary and hourly union employees.

Sheryl Elliott has an associate's degree in business management from Merrimack College, a certificate in human resources from the Society for Human Resource Management, and a certificate in airbrush makeup from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics. Sheryl also has a certificate in employment law from Whiting & Associates, and a human resources management/personnel administration certificate from North Shore Community College. In addition, they have a SHRM human resources certification prep course, a solving critical problems in HR course from the Council on Education in Management, and an essentials of personnel/HR administration course from the Council on Education in Management. Finally, they are a Salesforce.com administrator certification and a Microsoft Excel certified professional from Interlink Business Solutions.
