Jérémie Cognard has a wealth of work experience. In 2012, they were a Research Officer at the National Wildlife Research Center, where they studied the impact of agriculture on the environment. In 2013, they were a Mission Officer for Biological Control at Red Lands Roses Ltd. In 2014, they were a Mission Officer for Marketing and Homologation in Vegetable Crops at Bayer CropScience. In 2015, they were a Studies Officer for Insects, Pests and Biodiversity at InVivo Agrosolutions. Finally, in 2016, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Agriloops, where they work to invent the food system of tomorrow to produce better, with taste, while respecting the human and the environment.

Jérémie Cognard's education history begins with a Baccalauréat in Scientific studies from Lycée Théodore de Banville in Moulins from 2006 to 2009. Jérémie then attended Lycée Blaise Pascal (CPGE) in Clermont-Ferrand from 2009 to 2011, studying Biologie Chimie Physique Chimie et Sciences de la Terre (BCPST). From 2011 to 2015, they studied Protection des Plantes et Environnement (PPE) at L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur. In 2014, they also attended L'Institut Agro Montpellier to study the same subject. Finally, in 2014-2015, they attended AgroParisTech to study Protection des Plantes et Environnement (PPE). In 2018, Jérémie Cognard obtained a Certiphyto certification from the Ministère de l'Agriculture et de l'Alimentation.
