Kapil Joshi

Kapil Joshi has extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. Kapil started their career at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in 2010, where they held the positions of Senior Relationship Officer and Team Lead for a period of 10 years. In 2018, they joined Aavas Financiers Ltd as a Business Manager, where they successfully managed a team of 6 and achieved sales targets while maintaining zero delinquency. In 2020, they joined Centrum Housing Finance Limited as an Area Sales Manager before transitioning to Agrim Housing Finance in 2021. At Agrim Housing Finance, they initially served as an Area Business Head and was later promoted to the role of Regional Business Head in 2023.

Kapil Joshi completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from PMB Gujarati College. Kapil attended this college from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued their commerce education from RRMB Gujarati School where they studied Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from 1997 to 2001.
