Siham Berrached

Siham Berrached currently serves as Senior Director of Business Development at EPAM Systems, a position held since November 2021, after previously holding the role of Regional Director of Business Development. Prior to EPAM Systems, Siham was the Managing Director of Emakina MENA from January 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of Emakina Qatar as an Epam Company as well as serving as Director of Business Development. Siham's early career includes founding Elevate IT in Dubai and Riyadh as Business Director, and serving as Client Engagement Director at Omobono. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Business Development Manager at The Brand Power Company. Siham holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Grande Ecole degree in Business Administration and Management from Groupe ISCAE, along with a certification as an NLP practitioner from the Robert Simic Coaching Institute.
