Nico Broersen has a long history of work experience. In 1977, they began their career as a Marketing Man at 3M. In 1979, they moved to IBM, where they held several positions in Sales & Marketing. In 1983, they co-founded and became CEO of Videoland Nederland B.V., a company with 180 Videoland franchise stores in the Netherlands. In 1992, they became CEO and shareholder of Natudis B.V., a company specialising in the development of organic products and brands. In 2008, they founded AgriPlace, a global compliance platform for agricultural compliance. In 2022, they became Chair of the Board of Directors of The Sustainable Nut Initiative, a pre-competitive collaboration platform. Lastly, in 2021, they founded The Elements, a company that offers an online Body & Mind Vital program for companies and organizations.
Nico Broersen attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1973 to 1976, where they studied Economics.
