Yanko Vranchev

Yanko Vranchev has extensive work experience in the software engineering and customer service fields. From 2019 to present, they have been employed as a Software Developer at Agritask, where they design, develops, and maintains software applications using Java and designs and develops automated report generation solutions using Java and the Apache POI library. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Sixty K Ltd (60K) in two roles: Senior Technical Process Instructor and Technical Support Representative. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bg Marketing 2010, where they attracted potential customers by answering product and service questions, opened customer accounts by recording account information, and maintained customer records by updating account information. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Computer Repair Technician at Asel, where they repaired and maintained computers and servers, assembled electrical and electronic systems and prototypes, and provided technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems were encountered before, during, and after construction.

Yanko Vranchev obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Food Technology between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended the Vocational School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics from 2005 to 2010, studying Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Web Application Development from Net It Ltd.
