Jennifer McDonald

Jennifer McDonald, SHRM-CP, MAB, serves as the Human Resources Director at Goodwill Industries of Kansas since August 2024, focusing on strategic leadership in human resources practices. Previously, Jennifer founded and led Jenny Dawn Cellars and JDM Vino as CEO and Human Resources Director from September 2016 to August 2024, managing all operational facets of the wine business. Jennifer also established the Desmond's Cure Foundation as Founder and Executive Director, providing support for children with serious medical conditions. Additional experience includes roles at PrairieLand Partners, LLC as Talent Acquisition Manager, Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US as Recruiting Manager, RedGuard as Human Capital Manager, Cargill as University Recruiting Manager, ZeroChaos as Program Manager and HR Manager, and Koch Business Solutions as a Recruiter. Jennifer holds a Master’s of Agribusiness from Kansas State University and a BA in Public Administration from Doane University.
