Kelly Turner is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition - Executive Search at McCormick & Company since August 2018. In this role, Kelly leads executive recruitment efforts within a global organization known for its significant sales in the flavor industry. Previously, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Kelly managed full life-cycle recruitment for supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing roles, providing strategic insights to business leaders and ensuring a comprehensive hiring process. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruiter at Laureate International Universities and as a Corporate Recruiter at Inovalon, where Kelly developed expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates while contributing to recruitment strategy and retention efforts.
