Bianca Bailey

Dr. S. Bianca Bailey is an accomplished leader and expert in water treatment and sustainability, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Agriwater Corp. since 2020. Dr. Bailey completed a Doctorate in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where dissertation research focused on innovative water treatment techniques to reduce phosphorus runoff from agricultural practices. Additional experiences include a role as a global sustainability intern project manager at Xylem Inc. and various engineering internships at notable organizations such as Saint-Gobain and ConocoPhillips, where Dr. Bailey contributed to sustainability initiatives and process improvements. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Howard University, and both a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Engineering and Agricultural & Biological Engineering, respectively, all from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
