Nirmit Arora

Nirmit Arora is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Agrizy since November 2024. Prior to this role, Nirmit held various senior positions at BYJU'S from June 2021 to November 2024, including Senior Director - HRBP and COE, Director, and Senior Manager. Nirmit's earlier experience includes leading HR Analytics & Automation, HR Operations, and serving as an HR Business Partner at RIVIGO from March 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Summer Intern in People Advisory Services at EY occurred in 2016, following an engineering role at Samsung Research Institute from June 2012 to February 2015. Nirmit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
