Ian MacKellar

Ian MacKellar has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Ian currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at AgroFresh, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pfizer as the VP Site Leader McPherson from March 2019 to March 2023. Ian also held positions at Zoetis Inc., including Vice President Global External Supply from January 2017 to March 2019, and GMS Kalamazoo Site Leader from February 2013 to January 2017. At Pfizer, MacKellar was the Kalamazoo Site Leader from October 2012 to February 2013, Network Performance Leader from February 2010 to October 2012, Director of Operational Excellence/Right First Time - Center and Contract Manufacturing from February 2009 to September 2010, and Right First Time Site Leader from February 2007 to February 2009. Ian started their career at Pfizer as a Senior Manager API production from February 2000 to February 2006. MacKellar also worked at Pharmacia as a Process Engineer from 1997 to 2000, and at Eli Lilly as a Development Engineer from 1991 to 1997.

Ian MacKellar earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1991.
