Roberto Jara Maureira

Roberto Jara Maureira is a professional with extensive experience in postharvest research and development, currently serving as the Laboratory Manager at AgroFresh since September 2022. Previously held positions include Encargado de Investigación Técnica Post Cosecha at Fosfoquim Fumigaciones and Project Leader in Research and Development at AgroFresh, where contributions included leading trials for key technologies and overseeing semi-commercial testing in multiple countries. Earlier roles involved quality analysis and laboratory support at the Instituto de Investigaciones Agropecuarias and Grupo Verfrut Chile & Peru. Roberto Jara Maureira holds an Agronomy degree from the Universidad de Chile and a Master’s in Horticulture from Universidad de Talca.
