André Alves Martins

André Alves Martins has a diverse work experience in various roles related to credit and collection, business coordination, and partnership management. André started their career in 2004 at Adama Brasil, where they worked as an Analyst in Credit & Collection and later as an Accountant. In 2010, they became an Analyst of Credit & Collection and held this position until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Credit and Collection Representative.

In 2018, André joined Arysta LifeScience as a Coordinator of Business, Credit & Collection, and Barter. André held this role until 2019. Following that, they joined UPL as a team member responsible for matters related to credit, reception, barter, and business from 2019 to 2022.

Currently, André Alves Martins is working at Agrolend, where they hold the position of Partnership Success Manager starting from November 2022.

André Alves Martins completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Ciências Contábeis from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Marketing as an Administrador de Empresas at Faculdade Metropolitana/IESB from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, André also obtained a certification in "Liderando e Desenvolvendo Pessoas" from ISE Business School in October 2018.
