Constanza Nieto

Constanza Nieto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and innovation within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at Agromovil, Constanza facilitates connections between small farmers and new buyers to enhance profitability through efficient market transport solutions. As Co-Founder and CEO of Globaltech Bridge, Constanza has supported over 150 technology-based companies in Latin America by developing innovative strategies and educational programs focused on entrepreneurship. Previous roles include Advisor positions at GaussSoft and IQ-BOTS, as well as foundational leadership at BBVA Horizonte, where Constanza established one of Colombia's largest pension fund companies. An expert in financial management and technology integration, Constanza has also contributed to significant governmental initiatives and reforms in Colombia's pension systems. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Statistics from Universidad de Los Andes, along with a certificate in Marketing from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
