Kristen Schrieber

Kristen Schrieber is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including retail and consulting. Currently serving as CFO and Head of Planning at MacKenzie-Childs, LLC since June 2025 and also acting as an advisor for M.M.LaFleur since 2021, Kristen has previously held key roles at ANN INC, where responsibilities included overseeing finance for the LOFT and Lou & Grey brands and managing supply chain finance. Prior experience includes positions at American Express, leading Business Rewards and Loyalty Programs, as well as strategic planning for C-level executives. Kristen's career began in management consulting at A.T. Kearney and Wachovia, where involvement spanned consumer goods and retail projects. Kristen holds an MBA from London Business School and a BS in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
