Head Of Customer Success at AgroScout

Naveh Filler has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at AgroScout, where their roles include managing the Customer Success and Support Department, building and improving the customer onboarding procedure, setting and planning customer objectives, and analyzing customer health and usage data. From 2018-2021, they worked at Saturas Ltd, first as Head of Customer Success, then as an R&D Agronomist, responsible for all the field trial experiments of Saturas in Spain, South Africa, China, and the USA, as well as providing farmers and growers with service and advice, and designing and analyzing experiments. From 2018-2016, they were a Research Assistant at Northern Agriculture R&D, and from 2016-1998, they were a Laboratory Supervisor at the University of Haifa. Prior to that, from 1998-1998, they were a Farmer at Mahanayim Orchard, where they were responsible for fixing irrigation problems, spraying pesticides and herbicides, picking fruits, pruning and planting.

Naveh Filler holds a Master of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Haifa, which they obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science from Tel-Hai College in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in 2021, Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects from Coursera in 2021, and IAB Digital Marketing and Media Foundations Certification from Google in 2019.
