Sharon Cohen

Sharon Cohen has been in the technology industry since 2007. Sharon began their career at CreditGuard LTD, where they served as a Development Team Leader from 2007 to 2009. In this role, they managed a 5-engineer credit clearing application development team, while also engaging in hands-on development, team leadership, and development planning. From 2009 to 2021, Sharon worked at SYNEL MLL PayWay Ltd. as both a Chief Technology Officer and a Director of Development. As CTO, they were responsible for building and defining the development strategy, selecting appropriate technologies, building development processes and QA, and budget control. As Director of Development, they founded development and QA teams abroad and managed the development and testing teams of an attendance and payroll SAAS system, integrating HW terminals and readers. Currently, Sharon is the Chief Technology Officer at AgroScout.

Sharon Cohen attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Systems Analyst degree in the field of Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst. Sharon then attended Braude Academic College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in the field of Computer Software Engineering.
