Sebastián Alonso Caroca Lara

Sebastián Alonso Caroca Lara possesses extensive experience in the food production industry, particularly in pork production, quality assurance, and process engineering. Currently serving as Subgerente de producción and previously as Jefe de aseguramiento de la calidad at Agrosuper since August 2013, Sebastián leads technical teams to ensure quality and safety compliance within production facilities. Prior roles include Jefe de producción Faenadora, overseeing a large workforce to optimize processes and maintain workforce safety, and Ingeniero de procesos, focused on management control systems and project evaluations. Earlier experience includes a traineeship at Empresas Carozzi S.A. and various assistant roles at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, where Sebastián contributed to project development and taught courses in quantitative decision analysis and food biochemistry. Sebastián holds a degree in Food Engineering from the same university.
