Ivan Putilo is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and recruitment within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at AgroTerra since February 2022, Ivan previously held multiple positions at Rusagro from November 2012 to February 2022, including HR Director for the Agricultural Business Unit and Head of Recruitment & Adaptation. Additionally, Ivan worked as a consultant at First (Ward Howell Group) from March 2015 to March 2016. Ivan's academic foundation includes a degree from Belgorod State University.
