João Paulo Guimarães has worked in the commercial field since 2012. João Paulo began their career at Bayer as a Commercial Account Representative and Commercial Assistant. In 2014, they joined IHARABRAS S/A INDUSTRIAS QUIMICAS as a Commercial Account Representative. In 2017, they moved to FMC Corporation as a KAM. In 2021, they became the Field Marketing Leader at Syngenta and currently holds the role of Commercial Lead at Agrotoken.

João Paulo is currently enrolled in a Professional Master's Degree in Administration with a focus on Strategy and Leadership from Fundação Dom Cabral, as well as a Specialization in Product Management from BBI - Business Behavior Institute.
