Leisy T.

Leisy T.'s work experience includes roles as a Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Agryo, a Global Risk Intelligence Provider for Agriculture. Leisy was also a Chapter leader of Lean In Brasília - DF, Brazil, where they worked to address workplace inequities. Leisy T. was a Co-founder of Agryo, a startup accelerated by the CV Labs program in Zug, Switzerland. In addition, they worked as a Consultant at PNUD Brasil, where they participated in a study review focused on water management and sanitation. Leisy T. also held roles as a Consultant at Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento and as Head of Division, Manager, and Assessora at Ministério da Economia. Leisy gained experience as an Estágio de docência no curso de engenharia de produção at Universidade de Brasília and as a Consultora/Pesquisadora at Ceftru, where they focused on transport projects. Leisy T. also served as a Membro da comissão organizadora do Seminário Internacional de Mobilidade e Transportes - SIMIT at Universidade de Brasília and as a Consultora/Pesquisadora at Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura (IICA).

Leisy T. pursued their education chronologically, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness Management from Universidade de Brasília from 2006 to 2010. Leisy then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Agribusiness from the same university between 2010 and 2012. Later, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Transport Engineering and Logistics at Universidade de Brasília. In 2018, they participated in a short executive program, FORMAÇÃO EXECUTIVA, focused on Regulation at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
