Brandon Pastor

Brandon Pastor has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Brandon currently holds the position of Director of Operations at AGS Company Automotive Solutions starting from June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Wrestling Coach at Mona Shores High School starting from October 2021. From January 2022 to November 2022, Brandon served as an Operations Manager at Motion Dynamics Corporation, where they oversaw multiple departments and collaborated with team leads on continuous improvement and staffing. Prior to that, they held the role of Operations Supervisor at the same company, managing a team of 40 members and handling production, scrap, and quality checks. Brandon also has experience as a Team Leader at GA Richards, a Powder Coater at Herman Miller, and an Operator 1 at SPI Pharma. Brandon gained extensive management experience as a ProcessTech at ASIMCO, where they were responsible for CNC tooling changes, programming changes, and process improvement. Earlier in their career, Brandon served as a Team Lead at Concept Engineering and Manufacturing and as a Roll form Tech 2 at Shape Corp.

Brandon Pastor attended Grand Rapids Community College in 2016 but did not obtain a degree or study a specific field. Brandon also attended Muskegon Community College from 2007 to 2009, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or studied a specific field there.

In terms of additional certifications, Brandon obtained various certifications from the Management & Strategy Institute. In March 2021, they became certified in the 5S Concept, Certified Kaizen Facilitator, Certified Team Supervisor, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LYBC). Brandon also gained a Problem Solving certification from Lubbers and Associates in October 2005. Currently, Brandon is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the Management & Strategy Institute, but the completion date is unknown.
