Jim Philip

Jim Philip has over 18 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Jim started their career at Ajuba Solutions(India) Private Limited, where they held various managerial positions. From November 2001 to October 2005, they served as a Manager - Operations, and from November 2005 to February 2011, they were a Sr. Manager - Operations.

In 2011, Jim joined AGS Health and has since held multiple leadership roles. Jim started as an Associate Director - Client Services, overseeing client relationships and operations from April 2011 to February 2017. Jim then progressed to the role of Associate Director - Operations from March 2017 to January 2018. From February 2018 to January 2019, they served as Director - Operations. Jim is currently the Executive Director - Operations, a position they have held since February 2019.

Throughout their career, Jim has gained extensive experience in operations management, client services, and leadership.

Jim Philip completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Marketing and Finance from LIBA during 1994-1997. Jim also attended the University of Madras for an unspecified period of time.
