Ramesh Lakshminarasimhan has extensive work experience in human resources. Ramesh began their career at Ajuba Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd in 2002, starting as an Executive in HR and eventually working their way up to Assistant Manager. In these roles, they handled various aspects of HR, including compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment support, and orientation programs. Ramesh also played a key role in formulating policies to enhance employee engagement and morale. In 2011, Ramesh joined AGS Health as a Senior Manager in HR, where they focused on talent management, HR policies and procedures, and resolving employee queries and grievances. Ramesh was subsequently promoted to Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and eventually Associate Director in Human Resources. Overall, Ramesh has a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement.

Ramesh Lakshminarasimhan has a diverse education history. Ramesh obtained a degree in Strategic People Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Ramesh also holds a PGDHRM from Pondicherry University and a Fellow in HR from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI). Ramesh has a B.Com in Commerce from RKM Vivekananda College and an MFM in Financial Management from Pondicherry University. Additionally, they have completed a C.A.
