Revathy Narayanan

Revathy Narayanan currently serves as the Associate Director of Employee Relations at AGS Health, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Revathy spent over sixteen years at Flex, progressing from Assistant Manager to Manager of HR Compliance from June 2009 to June 2025. Revathy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Dr. Ambedkar Global Law Institute, completed between 2016 and 2019, a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Annamalai University (2009-2010), and is pursuing a Master's in Human Resource Management at the Madras School of Social Work, expected to be completed in 2023.
