Vivek S Menon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vivek S started their career at UST Global as a Software Engineer in 2008. Vivek S then moved on to International Business School, where they worked as a Visiting Faculty in International Business from July 2010 to June 2011. Vivek joined eClinicalWorks in 2010 as a Project Manager, handling various responsibilities such as managing post-implementation processes and mentoring project managers. Vivek S also worked as a Post-Implementation Mentor, creating and managing a post-implementation vertical within the Interface Interoperability team. In this role, they supervised project managers and ensured efficient operations. Vivek's most recent role at eClinicalWorks was as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully handled integration and interoperability initiatives involving HL7 for clinical documentation, HL7 FHIR, HL7 for quality measures, and claims denials data integration. Currently, they are working at AGS Health as the Director of Solution Engineering, utilizing their expertise to drive successful solutions and lead customer success.

Vivek S obtained a B.TECH degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology (Anna University) from 2003 to 2007. Vivek S later pursued an MBA in Marketing & Supply Chain Management from the International Business School from 2008 to 2010.
