Afshin S. Kalantari, Ph.D., is a Senior Data Scientist at AgSource since July 2015, specializing in data analysis and product development. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from January 2011 to May 2015, where research focused on simulation and optimization techniques for dairy farm decision-making, including the development of a decision support tool for evaluating reproductive programs in the U.S. Afshin earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015.
