Maeflor Pilar Barol

Maeflor Pilar Barol has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 as an Operations Officer and National Field Representative for the Philippine Red Cross. In 2011, they began working for the Makati Business Club as a Special Projects Manager and Project Officer. In 2016, they moved to the Philippine Department of Agriculture as an Executive Assistant IV. In 2017, they returned to the Makati Business Club as Programs and Projects Manager, and also began working for UPROOT Urban Farm as Sustainability and Partnerships. In 2018, they became a Local Project Manager for Earth Security Group, and in 2019, a Virtual Researcher for Regen Farming News. Currently, they are an Associate / Philippines Project Coordinator for Earth Security and Chief Farmer and Founder for TerraPhy.

Maeflor Pilar Barol has a diverse educational history. From 2010 to 2014, they completed a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Santo Tomas. From 2004 to 2008, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at Notre Dame College - Kidapawan. In 2017 to 2018, they completed a Certificate in Environmental Protection and Sustainability at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Lastly, in 2018 to 2019, they completed a Certificate in Sustainability Science at The University of Tokyo.
