Abbey Miedema

Abbey Miedema has a diverse range of work experience. Abbey started their career in 2010 as a Farm Laborer at Broken K Ranch, where they worked until 2015. In 2014, they also served as a Student Ambassador at Lake Area Technical Institute. The following year, in 2015, Abbey took on the role of an Accounting Intern at North Central Farmers Elevator for a few months. In 2016, they were a Feed Department Assistant at WATERTOWN COOP ELEVATOR ASSN. Abbey then joined Agtegra Cooperative in 2017 as a Grain Marketing Specialist and continued in this position until the present. In 2018, they also became a Cross Country Coach at Wolsey Wessington High School, where they worked until 2020.

Abbey Miedema attended Lake Area Technical College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Agriculture. In January 2016, Abbey also obtained a certification as a Bovine Artificial Insemination & Pregnancy Diagnosis Technician from Select Sires Inc.
