Shayne Drescher

Shayne Drescher is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager at AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. since July 2008, overseeing production planning and quality assurance for grain food products, while managing staff and achieving key performance indicators. Prior experience includes serving as a Grain Inspector at SGS from 2005 to 2008, providing third-party quality assurance in the Canadian grain industry, and as a Computer Colour Imaging Operator at CrownAg International/Saskcan Processors from 2002 to 2005, focusing on quality standards and inspections. Shayne also worked as a Field Adjuster for Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation in 2001, conducting inspections and adjustments for clients. Shayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Regina, earned between 1997 and 2001.
