Sandy Lutz

Sandy Lutz is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Clarios since August 2025, Sandy has also held the position of Director of Quality at Roehm from January 2024 to August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Lead North America for Fabrics at W. L. Gore & Associates from May 2020 to January 2024, and a series of leadership roles at Ashland between November 2012 and May 2020, including Sr. EMEA Quality Manager and Global Supply Base Quality Assurance Manager. Earlier in the career, Sandy worked at ISP as QC Manager and Resource Manager Front Line Lead from 2005 to 2012. Sandy holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
