Zoe W.

Zoe W. is a Research Scientist and Food Technologist at AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. since February 2019, specializing in functional and sensory evaluation of food products and ingredient exploration. Previously, Zoe served as a Graduate Student Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Saskatchewan, conducting various research and administrative tasks. An internship at the World Health Organization involved supporting the development of a Zoonoses Guide and literature review on zoonotic health threats. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree and a Graduate Certificate in One Health from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Food Science from the same institution.
