Kaustubh Dabral is an accomplished IT and digital innovation leader with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of IT, AI, and Digital Innovation at Agthia Group PJSC, Kaustubh has previously held significant roles such as Global Chief Information Officer at Dabur India Limited and Senior Director of Digital Transformation Global at Mondelēz International. With a background that includes positions as Global Director (CTO - Networks, Infrastructure and Security) and Head of IT Networks and Security - AMEA at Mondelēz International, Kaustubh has also worked as a Client Partner and Account Delivery Manager at Mphasis and as Manager, Support at AirTight Networks. Educational qualifications include completion of the Digital Luminaries program in Digital Marketing at the Indian School of Business and the Advance Leadership Program at IMD, focusing on orchestrating winning performance.
