Idenna R.

Idenna R. is an established educational leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various educational roles. Idenna R. serves as the Founder and CEO of Pave the Way Inc since 2019 and has worked as an Assistant Principal at AGUA FRIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT since October 2017. Previous roles include Head of School at Friends School of Hartford (2015-2017), Diversity Relations Center at Moraine Park Technical College (2014-2015), Event Coordinator at Wayland Academy (2013-2014), and Third Grade Teacher at George Washington Academy (2011-2013). Idenna R. has also provided homeschooling and consulting services between 2008 and 2011.
