Tanica Bradt, CMSgt (Retired), MA, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades, including significant roles in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Tactical Careers, LLC while also holding the position of Human Resources Director at AgVantis, Inc., Tanica has a proven track record of delivering human capital solutions and optimizing HR functions. Prior to these roles, Tanica dedicated over 22 years to the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included Director of Operations, Director of Talent, Human Resources Manager, and Training and Development Manager, overseeing a large workforce and managing numerous personnel programs. Tanica holds a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling-Executive Leadership from Liberty University and numerous associate and bachelor degrees related to psychology and human resources management.
