Rotem Ben Shitrit

Rotem Ben Shitrit currently holds the position of VP Client Services at Agwa, having joined the company in November 2024. Prior to this role, Rotem served as Strategic Customer Success Manager at Watchful from July 2023 to November 2024, and as Head of Customer Success, Account Management and Support at Revuze from May 2020 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Success Manager at WalkMe™ and as Head of Information Technology at Fors Marsh Group. Rotem also held the role of Director of Information Technology at Rosenberg and Associates LLC and Information Technology Manager at the Embassy of Israel - Washington DC. Academically, Rotem earned a Master’s degree in International Enterprise Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
