Kirstie Toovey (HRMP® and MAHRI)

Kirstie Toovey (HRMP®) is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries, including maritime, hospitality, high-tech, and mining. Currently serving as the Principal Human Resources Consultant at 2VG CONSULTING since December 2009, Kirstie specializes in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and industrial relations for a diverse client base. In addition to this role, Kirstie is the Global Talent Lead and HR Manager at Agtech Aus since October 2022. Previous positions include Senior Internal Communications Consultant at Shell, HR Specialist at Clean TeQ Limited, and Communications & HR Manager at ENGIE. Kirstie's career began at GEL Consulting Group as a Recruitment Consultant, with foundational roles at Rio Tinto and Jiangyin Minsun Marine Technology Co., Ltd. Kirstie holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from Deakin University and completed high school at Presbyterian Ladies' College, Perth.
