Aaron Jalas

Aaron Jalas is a seasoned professional in the agribusiness sector with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Representative at AgXplore International since October 2019, Aaron also co-owns 2J-Crue Farms. Previously, Aaron held the title of Agribusiness Recruiting Manager at Crown Recruiting, where the focus was on connecting businesses with qualified candidates. Prior roles include serving as a Legend Account Manager for Legend Seeds, Inc., and a Territory Manager at DuPont Pioneer, where development and coaching of teams were key responsibilities. Beginning a career at FCA Co-op Association as a Sales Agronomist, Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Technology from South Dakota State University.
