Jay Ferguson

Jay Ferguson has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Jay began their career as the Vice President of Finance at SPX Corporation, where they were responsible for developing and directing business and financial strategies for global operations. Jay then moved on to Aquilex Holdings, LLC as the SVP and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing business and financial strategy, treasury operations, and controllership routines. Most recently, Jay served as the CFO at AGY Holding Corp., where they improved financial strategy and position through treasury operations, reporting and analysis, and operational efficiency procedures.

Jay Ferguson attended the UCF College of Business from 1971 to 1975, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business.
