Ashley Thompson

Ashley Thompson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as CFO for Global Strategic Accounts at Sodexo since March 2025, Ashley previously held the position of Finance Director for Business, Corporate, and Public Sector at BT from July 2022 to March 2025. Prior experience includes multiple CFO and finance director roles at Cushman & Wakefield from October 2016 to July 2022, and finance leadership positions at Network Rail from July 2010 to October 2016. Ashley holds a CIMA - FCMA, CGMA degree in Accounting and Business Strategy from BPP University and a Post Graduate Award in Strategic Leadership from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School.
