Ashley Thompson

Ashley Thompson currently serves as the CFO for Global Strategic Accounts at Sodexo since March 2025. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Finance Director for Business, Corporate, and Public Sector at BT from July 2022 to March 2025. A significant tenure at Cushman & Wakefield from October 2016 to July 2022 included roles such as CFO for UK&I / EMEA Occupier and Asset Services, Chief Financial Officer for Global Occupier Services, and Finance Director for EMEA Infrastructure & Service Lines. Earlier experience at Network Rail spanned from August 2003 to October 2016, featuring multiple roles including Finance Director for Group Business Services and IT, Financial Controller for National Supply Chain and Logistics, and several Finance Business Partner positions. Ashley holds a CIMA - FCMA, CGMA degree in Accounting and Business Strategy from BPP University and a Post Graduate Award in Strategic Leadership from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School.
