Tracy Harvey

Tracy Harvey currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at AHA Consulting Engineers since August 2020. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Geocomp from May 2019 to August 2020. Tracy was the first and sole Human Resources Manager at AIC - American International Chemical, Inc. from May 2016 to April 2019, where responsibilities included developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures. Earlier experience includes roles focused on staffing and college recruitment at Cavium Inc. and as a College Relations Specialist at Analog Devices, where Tracy developed a university recruiting strategy for engineers. Tracy also worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Exponent Failure Analysis Associates. Tracy holds a BSBA in Human Resources from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
