Tanya Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning, equity, and research. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning - Anti Racism at Alia since 2021, Tanya also holds the position of Certified Bridges Out of Poverty Trainer at aha! Process and acts as a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory at IDI, LLC. A consultant with Racial Equity Consulting since 2016, Tanya previously directed strategic initiatives at 360 Communities and served in various roles at John F. Kennedy School and Berlin Barracuda Swim Club. Early career highlights include leadership positions at MHR, Inc. and research roles at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Tanya holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Minnesota and Gustavus Adolphus College, respectively.
